Don't you know 2 is the new 1?

Happy Birthday Katelyn! Being two is really big deal, and Katelyn is taking it seriously. We had a pretty easy going day full of fun (including a ridiculous amount of sweets). It so so much fun that she can understand now that is her birthday and can really enjoy it

In the morning we met Tia Laura, Tio David and Addie at Macy's for some donuts and then we went to Dollar Tree and Walmart to finish buying the things we needed for her party. Abuelo and Abuela came over in the evening with a cake a balloons... the perfect combination for any birthday

She had her well child check on June 23rd. Here are stats

HEIGHT: 33" 34%
WEIGHT: 22 lbs 2%
SHE CAN: Use two word sentences, hold cup in one hand, kick a ball, run, walk stairs, act worried when others are sad, follow two verbal commands, get along with family, help dress herself, take off clothes, scribble, throw overhand
PASSPORT: PASSED

Once again, it seems that her body put all its recent efforts in getting taller. A 2% in weight is actually still following the curve on the growing chart... the lowest line but still...
