Month Update: January

January was pretty peaceful. We stared the month with a lot of snow (a LOT of snow) and sick kids so we definitely took it easy those first couple of days. Here are both sick watching shows on Mommy's and Daddy's bed... there favorite
"What's wrong pretty girl?" -the Little Guy is the best big brother sometimes
After fighting all afternoon this is how they were playing when it was time for bed... yeah, I let them stay up a little longer

Katelyn was feeling a lot better by the time we went to her 18 month check up
 Here are her stats:

HEIGHT: 30.25" 5%
WEIGHT: 20.21 lbs 13%
SHE CAN: Feed herself. Know 2 body parts. Speak 8 or more words. Walk up/down stairs or backwards. Follow simple instructions. Imitate housework. Run. Name pictures. Feed herself using a fork or spoon
PASSPORT: PASSED

Like the Little Guy, she is at the bottom of all the percentages, but is still following the curve so she is "technically" okay... my kids are just little I guess

The Little Guy got to stay up one night to have movie night with me. We watch the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. He loved it... I wanted to gouge my eyes out. That's what comes with being a boy mom, I guess.

Katelyn is front facing! (Don't worry, right after I took this picture I noticed the headrest needed adjusting and fixed it) I seriously don't know how we survived all the time she was facing backwards, this has been a game changer for us in the car.

 Happy Birthday Abuelo!
and Happy Birthday Grandma Julie! (their birthdays are on back-to-back days, but Abuelo is a year older)

All three cousin! The kids love Addie so much and she goes crazy for them (and I mean CRAZY). Laura and I were always the oldest by a lot of the cousins we saw all the time and it is so nice that the kids will have cousins closer together. Especially the girls

The Little Guy's preschool had a field trip to the Springville Art Museum to prepare them for "Art Month" in February. Ms Kristy is seriously the best!

Check out my score on 2048! Yeah, I'm pretty proud! To be honest, I don't think I have played since, because, let's face it, I'm not going to be able to do better than that
