Katelyn at Six Months
Six months! Half a year! What?! Our little girl is growing up so fast. I can't even believe it. She is a little menace now (but a super cute one).
Some fun Baby Kate tidbits:
Have a mentioned how much she loves her big brother? Yeah it's worth mentioning it again
Doesn't quite crawl yet but she gets where she wants to go. Here's a video of her early stretching for things. She's a faster and more precise now. (BTW this video was filmed at 3 in the morning when Daddy got home from work)
Man is she a happy baby. She is so happy ALL THE TIME and thinks everything is hilarious
She is exactly the little sister. She will just stare at her big brother playing with toys and hurry over as soon as he leaves to grab as fast as she can. My days are filled with hearing "No Little Sister, you're too little" and "Mom, Little Sister is too little for that toy"
She is not quite sitting by herself yet. That is one thing that she didn't pass on her passport but it's still okay. Honestly she's very content with things. She does what she wants when she wants so I'm not worried. When she wants to sit by herself she will

We went in to the doctor on December 16th right on her 6 month date. Here are stats
HEIGHT: 25" 15%
WEIGHT: 12 lbs 9 oz 2%
HEAD SIZE: 17" 77%
SHE CAN: Bear weight, transfer objects, babble and laugh, roll both ways responds to name
IMMUNIZATIONS: Pentacel (DTAP, HIB, IPV) Hep B, Rotavirus, PCV
PASSPORT: PASSED
So she is a little thing (just like her older brother) but doing okay. The doctor is not worried at all. Although it does seem like her body focuses on one thing at the time (this time around it was her head size). We'll just have to watch it to make sure that things are not going down.
